Hi! Airport shuttle is 250/ person for shared van, and 1500 for private van. We have wifi in room but the best is in the lobby. The best telco in town is Globe, which has good coverage for mobile data. Our hotel has a globe 100mbps plan.

What was the highlight of Corto del Mar Hotel

Charming.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor and architecture was really picturesque and throwback to the colonial past. The flooring was beautiful, sandstone and wooden finishes. The bathroom were the best we have come across, great water pressure!

The ground floor rooms smelt musty and damp. There isn’t much ventilation and the window opens onto a fence. We also stayed on the third floor which was much more ventilated and wasn’t damp. Get a second or third floor room if you are sensitive to damp.

The perfect location, perfect service.

Everything! The pool is amazing, clean and big. The food is delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast in the mornings is delicious and changes each day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They booked everything for us making our stay so relaxing. The hotel is located close to coron town and the boat loading area for all the tours. Honestly it’s perfect. Thank you Corto del Mar for such a wonderful experience, we were so sad to leave.

A Spanish oasis in the city. Highly recommended.

Very nice Spanish style architecture - like an oasis in the city. Huge pool. Great staff. Very nice rooms and only minutes walk to the main city centre. Good aircon. Definitely the best / classiest hotel in the city centre.

I would recommend this hotel

The location was great, walking distance to many things, the restaurant was very good. Every morning it was something different to eat. The staff went above and beyond, one night the hotel ordered food from an outside restaurant to get delivered to the hotel. We waited 45 minutes, then the staff told us the restaurant never put in the order for our food. The staff was very nice, they went to the restaurant places our order and brought it to our room. Talk about great service. I highly recommend Corto del Mar.

Very good

Nice and relaxed atmosphere inside the hotel,

food was overpriced and breakfast not at al worthy of a 4 stars hotel one of has who was eating only at the hotel’s restaurant had a very severe stomachache. When we told the reception, they told us to drink hot water and confessed they had a similar case a few days earlier! but offered no apologies and of course they charged the food
